As COVID-19 developments continue to evolve, we are adjusting our operations to suit the situation. Given the severity of this unprecedented event, we must consider and take unprecedented action to address the well-being of our customers and our advisors. Please know that these were difficult decisions to make as we address a challenging time.

To ensure the safety and welfare of our customers we are ceasing all face-to-face interactions, until further notice. We will be able to help clients by phone and video platforms, and will be able to accept digital signatures on new policies.

Our insurers are no longer accepting sales applications for the following individual and certain group products, until further notice:

  • Accident policies which include sickness coverage
  • Disability policies which include sickness coverage
  • Certain life policies

We are still able to offer our full line of accident protection policies, along with our Cancer Care protection. All clients who currently own a sickness protection plan will still be able to claim according to the terms set out in their policies.
